This is UK specific. The National Autism Society (NAS) is one of the main autism charities in the UK. Almost any type of information than can be found on autism in the UK can be found on their website. It's a great resource and there is a lot of information on their page. One of their services is providing information and advice to families of children and young people who are affected by autism.
